Board Members:
EEDN is governed by volunteer Board of Trustees (BOT) and Board
of Directors (BOD), per Charter Article
4. The Full Members, upon completion of a membership drive,
shall elect in January members of the Boards. Members of the
BOD shall be elected annually for a term of one calendar year,
and members of the BOT shall be elected in alternate years and
shall serve for a two-year period.
